SHIPPING POLICY

Your orders are secure and will reach their final destination. All orders are processed the same day they are placed on our website, unless the order is registered on a weekend or public holiday, in which case it will be processed on the next business day. While we always guarantee the delivery of your order, special promotions and offers may experience delays due to high demand. Once an order is verified, it is processed and shipped to the delivery address within 1 to 6 days. All of our products leave our facilities 1 to 6 days after the order is placed. We ship to all countries via ocean freight, which allows us to provide international service.

Estimated Average Delivery Times:

  • Standard delivery: 12–20 days, depending on product demand.

  • Peak seasons / High demand: In specific cases due to high volume (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistical issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks.

We allow a maximum margin of 50 days for the product to arrive. If you have not received your package after 50 days, you may proceed with a refund request for a lost/unshipped order. All of our shipments are insured and include a tracking number to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

Please Take into Consideration:

  • Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and fails to notify us within minutes of placing the order (before the shipment and package are processed), and the package cannot be delivered as a result, no refund will be issued. Any subsequent shipment of the package will be at the customer’s and buyer’s expense.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If the carrier cannot contact the customer at the time of delivery, a notification will be left in the mailbox. If the package is not collected from the designated local post office within 5 days, it will be returned to the factory. In this event, the package is considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

  • Address Changes: Once a shipment has been dispatched, it is impossible to change the delivery address. Shipping is handled by external courier companies; therefore, Beautyup does not have the authority to change the delivery address once the package has left our warehouse. The customer assumes full responsibility for any lost packages if they failed to provide the correct address, moved houses, or similar circumstances.

  • Customs and Customs Fees: Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect estimated delivery times. Under no circumstances is Beautyup responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or tariffs applied to the shipment by customs authorities for the purchased package. The buyer and customer of Beautyup is solely responsible for paying any required value at customs, and no returns or refunds can be processed regarding these fees.

  • Origin and Logistics: We ship from the United States and China to anywhere in the world. Our products originate from China; any design used is registered, and any resemblance to another brand is purely coincidental.   • Return Shipping Costs: For any return, regardless of the reason, the cost of return shipping back to our warehouses is the sole responsibility of the customer. (However, we will cover the shipping cost of sending out the new replacement unit back to the buyer).

  • Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing on our website, you agree to all the terms mentioned above. If these conditions are met during the fulfillment process, no refund requests can be processed.
