Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy strictly applies only within the first 7 days after receiving the product, and solely if it arrives in poor condition, damaged, or defective. Our customer service team will review the return request and provide further instructions upon approval. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were delivered. We will not accept items with stains, bent cards, broken seals, or ripped plastic wrap. If the condition of the product returned to us is unacceptable, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange. Customized or personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Non-returnable items include products purchased through third-party retailers, incorrect items purchased by mistake, and products damaged due to customer mishandling. Beautyup reserves the right to deny any return.

In some cases, you may be required to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to process a refund or replacement.
HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your returned package. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. For approved returned items, a full refund will be credited for the cost of the products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REPLACEMENT?
No monetary refunds will be issued if the product is defective or arrives in poor condition upon initial delivery; instead, a new replacement unit will be shipped. If the issue persists with the replacement, the possibility of a refund will then be reviewed.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
We allow order modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. To do so, please send an email to beautyuphelp@gmail.com stating your order number and request. Our team will be happy to assist you.
